Email signature management
Kitsove writes the right company signature into new mail, replies and meeting invites, using live details from your Microsoft 365 directory. Mail is never routed through our infrastructure.
The add-in runs inside Outlook. When a message is started, it reads the sender's own profile, selects the template their company or group is assigned, and writes the signature into the draft — visible to the sender before they send.
Names, titles and numbers come from Microsoft 365, so a signature is never out of date because somebody forgot to edit it.
Rules by tenant, email domain, security group or individual decide which company each person sends under. Holding groups run every brand from one place.
The signature sits under the reply and above the quoted thread, not buried at the bottom of a long chain.
Images are embedded in the message, so recipients never see a prompt to download pictures and the brand is never broken by a security setting.
The add-in requests the signed-in user's own profile and nothing else. It cannot read mail and cannot act without a signed-in user.
Administrators edit a template in the designer and publish. Every signature follows within about fifteen minutes, with no IT ticket.
The designer holds the signature templates and the assignment rules for every company. Access requires the admin role on this site, and sign-in is through Microsoft Entra ID.
